This work is personal.
My parents immigrated to the United States in pursuit of opportunity and stability. Like so many others, they worked hard, trusted the process, and believed in doing things the right way.
But along the way, they were taken advantage of. Like others in our community, they were seen as easy targets.
People took advantage of what my parents didn’t know, what they trusted, and what they didn’t think to question.
I watched it happen. And eventually, I stepped in.
What started as helping my own family quickly extended to friends… then to others in our network… and over time, to clients who found themselves in similar situations—confused, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do next.
At the same time, I built a nearly 20-year career in corporate America—learning how organizations operate, how decisions are made, and where gaps and leverage points exist. Combined with my academic background, that experience gave me the tools to not just understand complex situations—but to navigate them strategically.
What I realized was this:
Many people aren’t lacking intelligence or capability—they’re lacking access to clear, strategic guidance in moments that matter.
And too often, that’s when they get taken advantage of.
